The course is presented by Daniel Barnett, one of the UK’s leading employment law and HR Barristers. He has 25 years’ experience defending businesses in employment tribunal litigation, and is the author of 12 employment law books (including the Law Society Handbook on Employment Law). He is a regular speaker on the national and international lecture circuit, and has presented the LBC Legal Hour with Clive Bull and Iain Dale for the last ten years.

There are ten modules, varying in length between 20 minutes and an hour.
